NOTES: This kit required a LOT of work to make it presentable. First off the whole thing needed sanding down to get rid of the far too prominent raised detail, and the wheel wells need blanking off and detail adding. The cartridge ejection slots are completely wrong, the outer two need filling and re-positioning. The cockpit needs to be remade, as there isn't one, the canopy needs replacing, and the undercarriage themselves need struts adding. The only reason I wanted this aircraft was I fancied doing a Hurricane captured in France and flight tested by the Luftwaffe at Magdeburg and didn't want to pay a great deal to try this out, though in the end I almost wish I had! I took the decals from the spares box and some of them silvered badly, meaning I had to hack them out and do it again. Overall a complete pain, but useful experience!
