King Tiger, ESCI 1/72nd

NOTES: The Tiger II was the first AFV I spray painted the main camouflage scheme on, again using Humbrol enamels. The 1944 Ardennes "ambush" scheme was then completed by hand, before washing with Tamiya Smoke acrylic. Tracks were hand-brushed in gun metal before using brown pastels to add a worn and rusty look. This was the first return to 1/72nd scale AFVs for over two years, and I was able to implement a lot of experience I didn't have before in finishing the model (though there are a few bits to do before it is really "complete"!).

Extras: None

Finish: Humbrol enamels, Tamiya acrylic, Artist's oil pastels

Brush: Aztec 1000S with direct compressor (no tank or regulator), and hand-brushed
